Summer is almost here ! I think!

We have been busy planting new trees, trimming old ones and getting the gardens ready for the summer season.

The high tunnel is busy with activity and we have already harvested radishes, baby turnips   broccoli raab.

Carrots will be harvested soon! Tiny radish size Parisian carrots, no need to peel, just pop them next to your pot roast!

We planted horseradish too, just for fun.

This year we will plant North Georgia candy squash, green apple cucumbers, lemon squash, jelly melons and bitter melon.

Experimenting in the garden is so much fun!
